II. Purposes and basis of processing
1. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator in particular:
a. in order to take action before concluding a contract at the request of the data subject or to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party (the data necessary to conclude the contract are indicated in the contact form) - (basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR);
b. in order to conclude a sales contract, based on your interest in our offer (basis in Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR);
c. for analytical purposes [better selection of services to the needs of our customers, general optimization of our products, optimization of service processes, building knowledge about our customers, financial analysis of our company, etc.] which is the implementation of our legitimate interest in this respect (basis under Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR);
d. for archival (evidence) purposes, which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR);
e. in order to possibly establish, pursue or defend against claims, which is our legitimate interest in this respect (basis under Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR);
f. for the purpose of customer satisfaction surveys, which is our legitimate interest in determining the quality of our service and the level of satisfaction of our customers with products and services (basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR);
g. in order for us to offer you products and services directly (direct marketing), including selecting them to suit your needs, i.e. profiling, which is our legitimate interest in this (basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
2. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the agreement between you and the Controller, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", which is concluded as a result of accepting the Regulations and for the performance of which the processing of your data is necessary or in the case of or a separate "Consent" granted by you, e.g. in order to send you commercial information, the so-called newsletter, or for our use of direct marketing.
3. Providing personal data if you wish to conclude a Contract is not mandatory, however, failure to provide them will make the conclusion and performance of the Contract impossible.
III. Data storage period
1. Your personal data processed for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract will be stored no longer than necessary, i.e. for the period necessary to:
a. after-sales customer service (e.g. handling complaints),
b. securing or pursuing any claims to which the Administrator is entitled,
c. fulfillment of the Controller's legal obligations (e.g. arising from accounting or tax regulations),
2. Your personal data processed for the purposes of marketing the Administrator's own products based on a legitimate legal interest will be processed until the data subject objects.
3. Your personal data processed on the basis of separate consent will be processed until its revocation.
IV. Right to object
1. You have the right to object to the processing of your data described above at any time. We will cease processing your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds for processing your data that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or that your data is necessary for us to establish, pursue, or defend legal claims.
2. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time. If you exercise this right, we will cease processing your data for this purpose.
V. Data recipients
1. Your personal data may be disclosed to: our partners, i.e. companies with whom we cooperate by combining products or services, entities supporting us in the provision of services electronically, i.e., those that provide payment and credit services, perform auditing services, support the promotion of offers, and cooperate in marketing campaigns.
2. Our subcontractors (processors) may also have access to your data, e.g. accounting firms, law firms, IT firms, marketing agencies, banks, postal operators, carriers, business information offices, and document archiving companies.
VI. Rights of data subjects:
1. According to the GDPR, you are entitled to:
a. the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
b. the right to rectify (correct) your data;
c. the right to delete data, limit data processing;
d. the right to object to data processing;
e. the right to data portability;
f. the right to withdraw consent at any time.
g. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
VII. Automated decision-making
1. Your personal data will be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling), however, this will not produce any legal effects on you or significantly affect your situation in a similar way.
2. Profiling of personal data by us involves processing your data (also in an automated manner) by using it to evaluate certain information about you, in particular to analyse or forecast your personal preferences and interests.
