- Complete the complaint form — you can download it by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.
- Attach proof of purchase — receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
- Describe the defect in detail and the circumstances in which it occurred.
- Send all documents to our email address: reklamacje@leker.pl or to the postal address provided in the store's terms and conditions.
We process complaints within 14 calendar days from receiving complete documentation. You will be informed about the result by email or phone.
Complaints are processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 and the Civil Code.
